Introduction:

Welcome to The Clean Living Company. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website www.cleanlvingcompany.ae. By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with The Clean Living Company in relation to your use of the Site (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site. Before you may become or continue as a member of the Site, you must read, agree with and accept this User Agreement and Clean Living Company’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). You should read this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy and access and read all further linked information referred to in this User Agreement, as such information contains further terms and conditions that apply to you as a user of The Clean Living Company. Such linked information including but not limited to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Trading license:

All products are produced at The Clean Living Company DMCC a locally registered company governed by the laws of the UAE.

We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.

Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.

Online orders:

All orders submitted through our www.cleanlivingcompany.ae website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case, the collection must be made from our stores or from a pre-arranged pick-up point.

All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively, you will be offered a refund for this item (see refunds and returns).

Delivery:

Normal Deliveries will be between 9am - 10pm 

• DUBAI: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm the day before the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
• ABU DHABI: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
• SHARJAH & AL AIN: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the day of delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being normal delivery days before 1pm.
• AJMAN: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being Tuesday and Thursday mornings before 1pm.
• RAK: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the day of delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being normal delivery days (with the exception of a Saturday) before 1pm.
• FUJAIRAH: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being Monday and Thursday mornings before 1pm.
• UMM AL QUWAIN: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being Monday afternoon (between 2pm and 6pm).
• AL GHADEER: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs115. For orders below Dhs115 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 4pm 48 hours prior to the day of delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver. The delivery day and time being normal delivery days after 6pm.
• INTERNATIONAL MIDDLE EASTERN REGIONS: Delivery  Dhs100 for Collagen and MCT Supplements only. Delivery will take 4-5 days to arrive. 

We currently deliver to the following areas but are always looking to expand:

• UAE 
• STORE PICK UP POINT: JLT, Dubai
• SUPPLEMENTS TO: Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Palestinian Territories (we do not deliver bone broth to these regions currently)

Payments and refunds

We offer three methods of payment:

• Online payment by card 
• Payment by cash or card on delivery (the customer needs to be present to sign the receipt). If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect, or with a designated person. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order.
• Payment by cash or card at our location at our collection point at Kitchen Nation, JLT

Currency:

Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams.

Refunds and return:
