Bone Broth - 21 Day Challenge
Modeled after the program popularised by naturopathic physician and weight-loss specialist Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, our Bone Broth 21-day Protocol provides 27 bone broth packets in two deliveries. The Paleo-type diet consists of intermittent fasting combined with an increased daily consumption of bone broth. During the five days when you're eating Paleo, you drink two-to-three cups of bone broth. On fasting days, drink four-to-six cups. We offer chicken broth as well as beef broth. Your protocol can include just one type or a combination of bone broths.

Storage Instructions
Please store in fridge and enjoy within use by date or freeze on the day of delivery. Our broth can be frozen for up to 6 months and it can easily be defrosted in fridge for 24 hours and heated as usual.
