Clean Living Company Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
All products are produced at The Clean Living DWC-LLC a locally registered company governed by the laws of the UAE.
Set up an account on the site?
If you would like to set up an account on The Clean Living Company’s website. All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security. Security is very important to us.
We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.
Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.
All orders submitted through our www.cleanlivingcompany.ae website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case collection must be made from our stores or from a pre-arranged pick-up point.
All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively you will be offered a refund for this item (see refunds and returns).
Normal delivery times are 10am – 10pm Saturday to Thursday.
- DUBAI: Delivery is free for orders above Dhs165. For orders below Dhs165 we charge a Dhs20 delivery fee. Your order must be placed before 8pm the day before the delivery day in order for us to be able to deliver.
- ABU DHABI: at the moment we can only offer deliveries on Sundays

We currently deliver to the following areas but are always looking to expand:

- STORE PICK UP POINT: JLT, Dubai
Payments and refunds
We offer two methods of payment:
- Payment by cash on delivery (the customer needs to be present to sign the receipt). If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect, or with a designated person. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order.
- Payment by cash or card at our location at our collection point at Kitchen Nation, JLT
Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams and all payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams.
Refunds and return:
The Clean Living Company will offer full refunds within 48 hours of delivery, if its more than one pouch then additional pouches must be unopened or unused and in the condition it was delivered in. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 800-018-3736
